Summary: 1 Stars
This was a complete waste of money. It was made for people 85 and older sitting in their wheelchairs in a nursing home rolling their shoulders and wiggling their fingers for exercise. It had very little, if anything, to do with yoga. It also was not 60 min long, as advertised. I am very, very unhappy with it.I only gave it one star because the field had to be filled with something.

Summary: 4 Stars
Very gentle easy yoga. I was looking for something for my mother who is 75. This will help her maintain and increase her flexibility. Poses start with wake up in bed and move to standing and chair. It's perfect for her. It's easy to follow and has a variety of stretches. It's a good beginning level especially for first timers.
