I purchased this video when it first came out - maybe late 80's? This video and the Total Beauty video by Raquel
Welch are BY FAR the best yoga exercise videos I have ever used. I have tried others, as my current copy is getting fuzzy - but I ALWAYS go back to Raquel. She includes you in the exercise in such a way that she seems more like a friend than a director. She challenges you - but her encouragements are sweet and helpful. She needs to put these videos into DVD. They really are excellent.

I have loved this video since it came out in the late '80's. It is absolutely fantastic!!! I have two copies of it and one that's still in the shrink-wrap, "just in case". I REALLY would love to have it on DVD (and I know I am not alone in this quest!). PLEASE issue this fantastic yoga work-out on DVD! VCR's break-down everyday and are not replaced by the public very often, anymore. Before Blue-Ray takes over, at least creat a DVD version of "A Week With Raquel"!!

This is the only tape I was ever able to do consistently. It's just perfect. Short enough that you can manage to fit it into your morning routine but still very effective. Please reissue this tape. A DVD would be great.

I discovered this VHS exercise tape in 1998 (in an old bin at the local grocery store), it was the best workout tape I had "ever" purchased (I have many). When the tape was destroyed I was grieved, because it is the only program that I ever followed consistently, and actually saw results. It's a very low impact, but deep, effective body changing workout. I cannot understand how this tape has not found itself on store shelves.
Well, I told my doctor about Raquel's workouts, and it caused me to begin my search on the web...a miracle find -- thank you seller! So, I bought one for each of us...because its great and takes about 20 minutes a day, which is amazing!
