Movie Review: Not a great place to start.....
Summary: 3 Stars
If you are looking for an introduction to the basics of intelligent conservatism, I don't think this is it. Most of the principles of classical conservativism are argued with much more perspective and insight in (I hate to say it) more serious books, I would suggest starting with Nozick and trying to piece that together. There is mass confusion about "liberalism", "conservatism", "rightism", and "leftism", especially in North America. There seems to be an entire industry of books from "right wing" and "left wing" political sycophants who try and form coherent ideologies by piecing together what they hate and creating an evildoer who can embody it. But as Rush Limbaugh reminds us, this polarized fantasy land ends up reading like a tedious and poorly argued smear campaign. Do not judge conservatism (or liberalism for that matter) based on what "Rush Limbaugh" says....I should hope that you already knew that.Movie Review: RIGHT ON! RIGHT ON! RIGHT ON!(You Get The Idea.)

Rush Limbaugh is at his cerebral best in this methodical analysis of the flaws, ineptitude, and outright wrongheadedness of liberalism. The comedy routines from "Sometimes You Just Gotta Laugh(also an educational gem)" are abandoned in favor of more serious, straightforward, honest, and passionate oratory on why the left is wrong, and the right, redundantly enough, is right. I strongly believe that the best way to offend liberals is to tell the truth about liberals. Rush tells the truth about liberals, and eloquently vindicates Conservatives' beliefs and values. If you're still an unrepentant, dyed-in-the-wool angry liberal after seeing this tape, you are a lost soul. DITTOS, RUSH!
