This is the authentic long sword form taught with Qigong, basic drills, and applications by the Saint of Taijiquan, Master Yang, Jwing-Ming. I haven't found this ancient long form taught anywhere else. Excellent quality content and production. Almost an hour and half of teaching, with beautiful Chinese classical music.
