Movie Review: Good video but not for a beginner

Pros: I love this video and I can't wait until I can do the cardio section straight through without having to stop to take a break. I like the fact that it has a cardio section and a toning section.
Con: It's really high impact and definitely not for a beginner.

the 7-day solution is like my all-time favorite workout tape now! The cardio is awesome AND fun yet effective [2 pounds per week dropping baby!]. The cueing is pretty good and it really leaves you sweating like crazy. You'll feel awesome after it though. The moves are basic but real fun. The toning section consisted of the lower body, upper body, and abs segments. I thuoght the exercises were effective but i just wish they included more reps to really feel it. THe tricep work will leave you dying though because it's so tough! Leg work consists of lunges and squats. Arms work consists of bicep, deltoids, backshoulders, and triceps. The ab work was good but i wish they had more of a variety. but overall, i loved the workout tape and i'm doing it every other day everyweek. Michelle and Tracy are AWESOME instructors and i can't wait until they come out with another tape like this!Movie Review: Disappointed with video

I have many workout videos, and this one is a mistake. The ultimate calorie burner reminds me of the "jazzercise" of the 80's [marching, kicking, swaying, pushing and rolling of the arms]. The warm up is to long. Professional dancers and non-professionals do 5 grand plies' and are considered to be "warmed up." Muscle has memory, therefore, a long warm up is not necessary.The tone & firm weight workout is just okay. I was hoping for something new. The diet plan and suggestions are the best feature of this video.
My advice- if you have other jazzercise/ aerobic tapes at home, this one is not needed.
Movie Review: A great kickstart to get you exercising!

When I reached a point where I was getting bored with my current workout tapes, I tried this one. I followed the exercise routine for 7 days and the menu plan included, and I lost 2 lbs.! Although I don't recommend it for beginners because the moves can be high-impact (It was rough on my shins at first.), I think this is an excellent way to get your fitness and weight loss program kicked up a notch! When they say you'll see results, they mean it!Movie Review: Love This Tape!!!

I just tried this tape for the second time today and I love it!! I feel my arms and thighs tightening already! This tape is similar to Minna Lessig's Emergency Workout---2 30 minute workouts, first half cardio, second half toning. Some of the music is the same. Both videos are designed to jumpstart your fitness routine. I enjoy Emergency Workout, but I like this video more because the cardio is more intense and higher impact and the toning section is more thorough. Toning is split into lower and upper body and ab work. I found it easier to concentrate on form because I'm not working so many muscle groups at one time. Tracy and Michelle work well together and do an excellent job cuing the moves. The routine is fun and easy to follow. A diet is also included with the workout.
Highly recommended!!!
