Movie Review: Counterpoint...
Summary: 4 Stars

To address the review below, we really don't know anything about his/her physical condition, weight, eating habits, etc.

What I do know is that there is a LOT of research, evidence, and many studies supporting this kind of exercise. My favorite, and perhaps the most accessible, is by Dr. Dean Ornish and also Dr. Andrew Weil.

If you are looking for a zero-impact exercise, this one is proven & time-tested. Combined with a sensible diet, this is a great alternative for people who are in recovery from an injury or operation, people with physical disabilities, people whose arthritis prevents them from other types of exercise, etc.

I give it 4 of 5 stars. I do agree the production quality could be better, but overall it's a good program.

I bought this tape on Amazon, and I bought it to lose weight. I was using this tape 4 times a week for 6 weeks, and I didn't see any results. I didn't lose any inches or pounds. The makers of this tape like to say that you will lose weight by breathing more oxygen etc., but I didn't lose any.
You do alot of deep breathing, and the actual tape quality and background was
not professional looking.
If you are buying this tape to lose pounds and inches, this isn't the tape for you. If you are looking for a tape with alot of deep breathing, and for relaxation, then this is your tape. Hope this helps.
