Movie Review: So happy to find Susan's "Moving" viedo still around...

I love this excerise tape. Susan is so inspiring and to watch her clients right along with her is awesome. I lost my tape somehow in a move. I recently wanted to strenghten my legs because I am going hiking in December in the Moab area. The ability to use the stair steps as well as for beginners to just move in place is fantastic. I was so upset when I could't find my tape "Moving". I can't tell you how happy I was to find another tape at Amazon. Since 1994 I have been excerising with Susan Powter, and I love her!
Want her to come back. Where are you Susan? LOL
Movie Review: Best exercise video I've used...

I bought the original in '94, with the step and all. It is the only exercise tape I was able to follow on a regular basis and get results without killing myself and getting discouraged. And I have tried just about everything on the market. I lost over 40# and toned up well. I gave away the tape a year ago without thinking and have regretted it ever since. I am happy to find one again. I plan to follow it faithfully with good results. I am a nurse and very well aware of the needs of our bodies. So yeah! for Susan Powter, even though it is 12 years old! It can be done by any body size or shape without injury with results!Movie Review: Great for Everyone!

Although this tape is older, it is still a wonderful exercise for people just starting out and for those who have been "doing it wrong". Susan has people of all different sizes and abilities in her class. Over and over she discusses modification for decreasing or increasing the intensity of your workout. It is easy to follow and the moves are easy, but challenging to your body if you do the moves correctly.
It is now 2005, and I would rather exercise with Susan from the 90's than from anyone from today.
