Movie Review: Don't be fooled by the recent picture!

While the box has a reasonably recent picture of Kathy on the front, that's not what you get. These workouts must be from the early 80s -- disco music, the aerobics section is some sort of dance-thing, and the stretch session clearly came before she got in to yoga. The toning session, though, is worth the price of the tape. The aerobics session is worthless, and the stretching session is ok. After using her more recent tapes (new yoga, functionally fit), I was looking forward to this tape. While it may have been state of the art 15+ years ago, it doesn't do much today.
