Movie Review: Good tape, but mostly a re-hash
Summary: 4 Stars
A solid instructional video in Parker fashion, but if you have his basic and/or troubleshooting tapes, this one covers the same stuff. The only new discussion was regarding weighted balls.This tape contains the same distance pitching drill, rubber band around your waist drill, walking drill, wrist snap drill, etc. that his previous tapes cover. He does discuss the necessity to continue working on your fastball after you start to develop your other pitches so you don't lose speed.
As far as the weighted ball information, if you buy a set of balls, they all come with instructions.

People who say speed doesn't matter are full of beans. My daughter went from throwing at 42 mph to around 50 mph. Batters are swinging at air against her now. The improvement was incredible! I highly recommend this video
