Movie Review: Very difficult to follow
Summary: 1 Stars

I've tried this video several times, but I can't seem to follow along in certain sections. I agree with some of the other reviewers who say you need a dance background. I find it really hard to follow the dance moves - maybe I'm not very coordinated, but it's frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you can learn new dance moves quickly or are extremely coordinated.

This video is VERY hard to follow. The cues are shouted out but not explained. It's hard to tell what, exactly, the instructor is doing with her feet. I'm assuming that people who've taken quite a few aerobics-based dance classes would find this appealing, but otherwise, it's like watching a French film with subtitles if you're not a Francophone.

Movie Review: A Challenge but worth it

This is a wonderful video. The first time I did it I had trouble getting all the moves. But I kept moving and that was the most important thing. I didn't get bored though. Eversince then as I have been doing the video more and more, I am catching on slowly but surely. The best things about this video are that you won't get bored and that as long as you are trying you will burn calories. I have been alternating this video with the Crunch Sculpting video. I do aerobics one day and sculpting the next. (Their sculpting video is AWESOME by the way!!!)

The first time I did this video I thought this is too hard I will never do this one again but I gave it another chance and once I got coordinated with the moves and the fast pace it quickly became one of my favorites. It really gets your heart pumping and the dance moves add a touch of fun..I would recommend this video to anyone..

I love this video, but I must admit I'm a bit of a choreography fiend. I love learning new moves. It's a little tricky to learn, but to be fair, it IS called "The Challenge." Don't get it if you aren't committed to taking a bit of time to learn the moves! This is part of the fun to me. Once you get 'em, the moves aren't all that complicated. Please, don't just drop this video if you don't get it at first--it really is a good one. It REALLY gets my heart pumping and the instructor is fun to listen to. She's light-hearted but not overly perky. I'm really appalled that the last reviewer said it was so bad. If you aren't co-ordinated or have trouble learning new move, then take heed to the name of the video: "Fat Blaster II: THE CHALLENGE."
