Movie Review: A Great Video For Chartering
Summary: 4 Stars

The video not only helped us to see what the BVI's were like but also what we could find on shore at the various destinations. The approaches to the anchorages were right on and the video was better than we could have taken ourselves.

This was our first time chartering in the BVI's and the video along with the cruising guides and charts really helped.

If you plan on chartering in the BVI's I would highly recommend this video.

Movie Review: Don't waste your time or money

Basically you're buying a bad home movie - but no personality.

The image quality is professional, but lacks all definition - shots are too wide, and the camera is constantly shaking. Amateur hour pans and zooms.

The narrator mispronounces many of the place names.

Much of the video is simply a book report - reading the 'real' cruising guide verbatim and showing wide shots -- not really capturing anything about what's being discussed.

My advice: buy the cruising guide and read the book. It gives you everything the video gives you, without the cheesy music, and with much more detail.

In my LIFE, I've never been so disappointed in a video.
